Vendor registration for this year's Waltham Riverfest is now closed.
2019 VENDOR NOTES:
We are excited you are participating in Waltham Riverfest 2019! Vendor setup is between 9:30am and 10:30am on Saturday, June 15th.
When you arrive, the Moody St bridge will be CLOSED. Please pull in by the North side of the bridge (use 140 Moody St for GPS), identify yourself as a vendor, and a volunteer or police officer will let you through.
NOTE: No auto traffic will be allowed through the southern entrance of Moody St - you must use the Carter St side (closest to the railroad tracks)
If you are selling any edible items, please make sure to get clearance from the Waltham Health Department. They can be reached at (781) 314-3175.
Vendors must remain on the bridge until 5pm.
Please remember, the event is rain or shine. Please come prepared for any weather conditions.

Waltham Riverfest 2019 will take place in the heart of Waltham’s downtown, the Moody St. bridge, on Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15. Friday night will feature live music. Saturday will feature vendors selling handcrafted products and tasty food. There will also be more music, kids’ activities, and a pet parade.
